Back in the Saddle Again!
First of all, I want to apologize to all of my readers (and friends) who have been left hanging over these last couple of months. What started off as an unannounced vacation at the request of my significant other quickly spiraled into an extended absence from the blog-o-sphere, but the good news is that I'm now back in the saddle and ready to start providing help and encouragement again!
Over the past several months I've been "taking it easy" on the monetary home front and have been dealing with family and health issues instead. We suffered several family deaths this spring and summer, my grandmother is still struggling with various illnesses (but her spirits are high) and my parents separated in the blink of an eye when my mother picked up without warning and relocated. To put it mildly, things have been rather interesting.
I'll be getting back into the swing of things again though, and Earning At Home will back in full swing in no time at all!
Things to look forward to:
A possible relocation of AtHomeEarning.com, we won't be changing our URL though!

Greenfield Online/Toluna vs SurveyHead
I've worked with a few different survey sites over the past few months and for those who have been reading from the start, you'll probably remember me raving about both Greenfield Online and SurveyHead... That's no longer quite as true though. One of the two has gone completely down the tubes leaving the other in the top slot, without any competition.
Greenfield Online becomes "Toluna":
To date I've made over $90 with Greenfield, but in all honesty I haven't done anything with them in several months. All those earnings were from in October and November of 2009... Since then, they started their merge with Toluna and went downhill from my perspective. (Proof of Payment)

Proof of Payment "Friday"
All right, the Proof of Payment Friday post was postponed for obvious reasons, and Saturday was spent recovering, so here it is a couple days late. Please note, that this won't include any of of the payments from my private clients, but that tally will be included at the end of the month.
- IMShopping: I received a payment from IMShopping on Monday as usual, although I won't be getting one this week since the holidays had me a bit tied up. This payment was for $30 which brings me up to $108.25 total with them. (Proof of Payment)

Proof of Payment Update
All right, I've had a lot of payments come through recently so bear with me while I get you all caught up!
Pinecone Research is a survey company that I haven't talked about here yet. They don't openly recruit, however p0ptart happened to have saved a registration link she'd gotten in her spam box from them! I'll include it on my side bar when I make my next update and add Pinecone, until then you can use the link here to sign up.
Either way, if you see their banner, sign up immediately! They pay $3 per survey or product review that they give you. The money is sent automatically upon completion by check. I did my first survey on 11/5 and received my check on 11/9! I'm expecting my second $3 any day now. (Proof of Payment)
Special thanks to p0ptart for the registration link!

I also finally received my SurveyHead payment, $25.50 to my Pay Pal account. I had requested it on 10/21 and I got the payment on 11/11 so it took about 3 weeks. It definitely feels like it was a lot longer though lol As it happens, by the time it arrived I was practically ready to cash out again! I'm actually going to request another $20 cash out right now, which will leave me with $8.20 towards my next request. (Proof of Payment)
__________
I got my weekly $10 from Wanelo on Friday, right on time as usual. I'm up to $125 with them now I think. This is really a great program, if you haven't gotten involved yet you should do it. You can earn $40 a month off of reviews, and there are bonuses available as well. (Proof of Payment)
__________
I also got paid for the interactive survey I did with Greenfield Online on 10/20. I requested the pay out on Friday and got it today! I had also done a couple of $1 surveys so the total payout was $32 taking me up to $62 total with them. (Proof of Payment)__________
My second gift card came in from SwagBucks today as well so now I've received $10 in Amazon cards from them total. I also have enough SwagBucks saved up to have requested two more, but I'm holding off in case a good card goes on sale during the end of the year sales. Even if they don't, no harm done, I'll just buy a bunch of them at once haha (Proof of Payment)__________
Last but not least, is a peek at my eLance account. Naturally right after I finished editing the picture, I received an additional payment but since I'm stretched for time I didn't redo it. My total there is about $10 higher now than what it actually shows. (Proof of Payment)__________
I've also had some deposits to my PayPal from my private clients this month on top of all that. Overall I'm really thrilled right now. If I can do it, you can do it too! Get out there and start earning!

Update
Hey guys! It's been another one of those types of weekends. My little one seems to have come down with a cold so I haven't been around as much this weekend as usual to update.
Tomorrow you can expect to see a proof of payment update that will include a previously unmentioned survey company, Wanelo and finally SurveyHead as well. I may also include a peek at my Elance profile and earnings page for the folks who are interested in checking out the freelance sites.

SurveyHead and Opinion Outpost
All right! Two quick notes -
First of all I had requested my payout with SurveyHead back on 10/21 I requested my first $25.50 payout from them (after being with them less than a month) and I just heard back today that my request has been approved! So that part took about 2 weeks.
Unfortunately, they said it can take up to 4 wks for the deposit to actually be made, but I'm assuming it will be quicker than that.
They also offer a referral bonus of $2.00 for each referral who completes a survey with them which is pretty great.
The other great thing about Opinion Outpost is that they only require a $5 minimum to cash out. I'm hoping that the longer I'm with them the better they'll get about sending surveys.

The second note is about another survey site that I've come across. Opinion Outpost is a pretty good site, but I've found that I'm not really receiving a lot of surveys. I've been with them for about 3 weeks now and I've only earned $4.30, but their surveys are really enjoyable and different from those featured on other sites. They also offer a referral bonus of $2.00 for each referral who completes a survey with them which is pretty great.

SurveyHead
Just a quick update - I just hit $25.50 worth of posted surveys with SurveyHead (with almost $40 still pending). I've been with the site for less than a month and am already capable of cashing out. They do say that most surveys will take 4-6 weeks to post, but obviously I've seen quicker results since I haven't even hit the 4 week mark yet.
Initially I was going to wait a few days to request my cash out, but with the end of the month drawing near I'm going to go ahead and do it now. Their website says it can take 4 weeks for the payment to reach Pay Pal, but most of what I'm seeing online is that it takes less than 14 days. I want to test this for myself - I'm hoping it hits soon enough to count into my October goal total!
This one is definitely a keeper. Even at $25 a month that will still be a big push towards my monthly goal (12.5% of my goal for this month). I also think that the earning potential is just going to increase over time since things will be posting more consistently to my account than they were the first few weeks.
I average more than one completed survey per day with a very common demographic (white, female, I say single since I'm not actually married, young child, some college) and lately I've found myself turning away some surveys because of burn out. I actually just purposely disqualified myself for one because I didn't feel like doing it, then when I refreshed my page I saw that I had reached the minimum pay out because something new had been approved.
Needless to say that making the pay out quota has lit a fire under me to stop doing that now!

Update
It's a bit late for an update but I thought I'd post one for today anyways (aside from my general updates on earnings in old posts.)
Well, I still haven't heard back about the job I applied for over a week ago. The company still has it listed on it's site, so I'm hoping I'll hear back soon and that the delay is just based on the fact that they haven't had enough applicants yet, or that training isn't close enough to close the application process.
Hopefully I hear back soon though, waiting is always the hardest part. You just have to stick with it and not get discouraged. I think I'm going to finish up apps with a few more places tomorrow - I'll update on that process after I finish it up.
I caught word on the freelance work from LiveWork, that we should be able to invoice soon and get paid on or around October 5th, so I'll be sure to post earnings from that as soon as it happens.
I also wanted to mention, that today was a great survey day on SurveyHead. I've done $7.00 worth of surveys today which puts my total up to $8.00 Earned and $11.00 Pending after only 4 days with the site. Pretty excellent!

SurveyHead
I was recently referred to SurveyHead (paid surveys) by a forum post and I decided I'd check it out. They don't have a referral program- but so far it seems like a solid site. They give you $5 after confirming your email which brings you up to 20% of the required cash out amount.
Then again the first day always seems good haha
Update later today with my pending total earned.
**Updated**
I sat down and went through the surveys, after doing the initial prequestions, I qualified for one survey paying $1 (about children) it's now pending on my account.
After taking that survey I updated all of my profile information giving my account a boost up to $7.00 (not counting the pending $1 mentioned above).
My earning record with SurveyHead so far is:
Week 1: $8 Earned, $11 Pending
Week 2 (ends 10/9):
10/3/09: $8 Earned, $15.50 Pending
10/6/09: $8 Earned, $22 Pending
Then again the first day always seems good haha
Update later today with my pending total earned.
